"Pretty disappointing quality"
I bought this from expressluck it felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box. Some of the plastic parts were loose, the screen already had marks on it, and after just a few days it started acting weird. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely didn’t get the quality I was expecting. Disappointing overall...

"Return went through, but I had to chase them"
I ordered from expressluck.com and ended up needing to return one item because it just wasn’t what I thought it would be.

The return process itself wasn’t too difficult, but communication was lacking. I didn’t get much of a follow-up after sending things in, so I had to email them again just to find out what was going on, which was a bit frustrating.

The refund did come through eventually, so it worked out in the end. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but they really need to be better about updates and making the return process clearer

"Confusing updates and really bad timing"
I ordered from expressluck.com the communication was the most frustrating part. The emails were unclear, so I ended up having to ask twice just to figure out what was going on with my order. The replies also came late, and somehow always at the worst possible time, which made it even more annoying. The product turned out okay in the end, but the whole update process was way more stressful than it needed to be.

The site loads without any real issues, which is nice, but it can take a bit of clicking around to find the details you need. The menus feel a little messy on mobile too. Overall, it gets the job done and isn’t bad, just not the smoothest experience.

We used expressluck for a couple of production runs, the first order was decent. Everything came in close to what we expected, so we figured we had found a reliable supplier.
The next batches were a different story. Some units felt solid, but others had loose fits, uneven finishing, and even the packaging wasn’t consistent. On top of that, the terms seemed to shift from what we originally discussed, which was frustrating because it made planning and costing harder than it needed to be.
Support did respond, but it didn’t really solve the consistency problem for us. They might be fine for basic orders, but if you need every piece to match and you don’t want the terms changing along the way, I’d be careful.

"Screen looks great"
I didn’t spend hours testing every setting or anything, mostly because I was too busy to mess with it much, but the screen looks really good. The display is sharp, smooth, and just nice to look at.

The colors look decent enough, but the blacks are weak and it really takes away from the overall picture. I expected better, and stuff like this makes it hard to trust the quality going forward.

"Shipping was just way too slow"
I ordered from Express Luck the whole shipping thing just felt really frustrating. The tracking barely changed for ages, and it ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. I kept having to check on it myself, which was annoying. Not the best first experience at all, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly...

I remember feeling frustrated after I checked out because the price I thought I was paying wasn’t the final price at all. Extra charges showed up after I’d already paid, and it made the whole experience feel misleading...

I got my order from expressluck.com and it does work as expected, so that’s good. But the build quality feels kind of weak. Some of the plastic parts feel a bit cheap, and I’m not super confident it’ll hold up for a long time. For the price, I was hoping it would feel sturdier. 😕

I went on there hoping I’d find something useful, but it felt a bit disappointing quickly. I tried placing an order, but once I got to the payment page, I just didn’t feel great about entering my card info. There wasn’t much explained about security or what protections they use, so I was left guessing and digging around like it was my responsibility to make sure everything was safe. Maybe it’s totally fine, but the whole thing made me uneasy. They really should make the payment security details clearer before asking for card details.

"The sound just isn't good"
I really wanted to like these, but the audio is disappointing. Everything sounds muffled, there’s basically no bass, and after a short time it actually starts to hurt my ears. It has that kind of flat, lifeless sound where it feels like no real person was involved in tuning it.

I’ve been using it for about six months now, and overall it’s been solid. Pages usually load without any fuss, and I haven’t run into many random glitches, which is the main thing I care about.

There were a couple of times when things felt a little slow, but nothing that really ruined my day. I’m guessing it might’ve been some behind-the-scenes maintenance or maybe just heavier traffic, but who knows. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable enough that I’m still sticking with it. 4 stars from me
